I live in the New Haven Cheshire Area of CT.
And get this, I'm thinking of planning a cobra kick off ride this spring possibly to the RI Mansions.
Mileage: approx 13,500 show room kept miles. And drives stronger now than when I first got the car.

No problem. I was where you are back in 2006. I was ready to buy a used superformance in NY for approx 44 of 45 k, Then I went to Vintage to see the backdraft. I did not even know about the Backdrafts until I saw one with my own eyes in Down Town Stamford one year prior to my purchase in 2005. It was pretty.

After tuns of research, looking at FFR racing builds and their factorys, the superformance. I liked the superformances alot, but I went with the Backdraft because there cars are so finished and clean, factory built, and you get alot for the money. I bought mine for just under 50k. Brand new with the color I wanted and ford crate 351 400 hp motor, tremic 5 speed and an enhanced rear end.

Hey thanks for the advice on the purchase. Where do you live right now? I live in Middletown RI, but I have a lot of family in East Haddam, CT. Before I buy new, I might want to take a look at your car. I think I am looking for a different color and would prefer to buy a newer car. How many miles on yours now?
