I am a bit at a loss, you see, Vern is the type of owner that is for the most part absent. He is involved in other businesses l like lingerie and it is intermingled with his CC business. The big problem is that he does not pay the attention that he should to us the car owners.
The last time I dealt with him I had to scream a little to get a $100 reimbursement that I had returned to him a year before. That 's how bad it is...
