Hi MotoXT, my builder said the issues of the undercoat were referring to the body not the frame. Specifically, folks said it might be that the releasing agent wasn't cleaned properly before applying the paint on top. I don't know anything about spray painting and it was nothing definitive but my builder ultimately ended up sending it back after it paint correction didn't work.

Hello - saw your post from October about the undercoating of your Backdraft had issues and needed to be returned/replaced. Could you let me know what you meant by undercoating? I’m thinking it was the paint of the frame, but just want to confirm. I have one on order, due to arrive in Florida March/April and if they are having some issue in the South Africa factory I’d like to get ahead of it before they ship stateside. Thanks for sharing your post!
