Sorry to her you are getting rid of the car, we never got together... so close and yet never did. Are you posting it on Cobra Country?

Also I saw your post, do you have a tilt wheel I think most of the cars have t-bird steering columns and if I am not mistaken Vern is using a 95' t-bird column in newer cars.

I would love too meet up with you, the problem is I just don't trust my car going that far since it is so old I have been updating where I can so their is always a minor problem somewhere. Where do you live maybe we can meet somewhere in the middle.

    Hi Ron:
Honestly I have not touched my Front end so I would not want to give you the wrong advise. I do know that our cars have the Mustang II front end . I am also told that the sway bar was proprietary from Vern vs Ford. What I would do if I were you is take the part to a reputable place NAPA for instance and have them match it. I would also use the red neoprene bushings. Regarding the PS pump valve, what do you really mean by a squirly feeling, I have not had any problems with my PS pump. I wish I had a better turning circle though but that is Mustang II characteristic.
    Cheers
    Lou

    Hi Basque,

I have a question I need to change the bushings on the front sway bar would you have any suggestions?

I also included a part# for saginaw valve that really changed the for the better. (see below)

    Ron

Changed valve this weekend huge difference the squirly feeling is gone "THE BEST 33.00 I EVER SPENT ON THIS CAR THE BIGGEST IMPROVMENT!!!!!

130752596961 - Power Steering Flow Valve- Pressure Reducer GM Saginaw Pump To Mustang II Rack from J.P.L. Street Rods on ebay

The GM pump puts out 3 gallons per minute of flow, and the optimum rate for the Mustang Power Rack is 2 gallons per minute. This valve is the solution to that problem, it will lower the flow down to the OEM Ford approved 2 gallons per minute. This valve easily installs on the back side of the pump.
