    Thanks, Ward
Do you know what the"460" mean? Your engine is 427 ci, right? Not 460 ci, correct? How do you like the engine (performance, maintenance, reliability)?

I assume your rear is a 3.45 - so how easy in 1st, 2nd, 3rd do the wheels spin? I'm thinking that something more like a 3.0 rear would still be able to spin the tires but be able to get to ~60 in 1st and cruise atlower RPM - do you think you'd find that too tall a rear with this engine?

    My e-mail address is: matt.patterson@sbcglobal.net

Thanks much for any more info you can give me: I have to admit it's a lot of fun and is exciting really planning, after all these year, to have one of these outrageously ultimate machines.

    Many thanks, again

    Matt

Matt, the engine # is 427SR-460 the spec sheet from Rouch is not exactly clear. The RPM start at 3,000 and goes up. There is a Torque, lbft column and a CTorq C_FtLb column. At 3,000 RPM the Torque is 457.4 lbft and the CTorq is 478.5 C_FtLb. The CTorq peaks at 524 @ 4,400 RPM. I can fax or email a scan if you send me a fax # or email address.

    Hi Ward,

    thx

    Matt
