Ive decided the aluminum scoop I made just doesn't look right. So I got out the template cardboard and laid out a new one. This one has a smaller opening and looks closer to the pics I could find....

Peter, Have you tried to tune them, or just running them the way they came? Both of those issues are correctable.

If you run the filters it will flood the car under acceleration. Air too restricted... You can use larger screen mesh, I just go naked.... Full on Weber... Was that your issue, stalling under...

Linkage is good, should be a breeze to synch carbs. Don't like the filter screens myself, they are sieves and restrictive for hp. A quad of K&Ns would be on my list.
