    Unless they have changed, Hi-Tech has always used automotive Paint for their chassis, not powdercoat. Originally they used Imron, but probably changed along with the brand changes made along the way....

    My advice Focus on the tire and less on the size. These cars are light, bigger is not always better... Avon's are top notch, get a soft tire.
