    No Smith Machine for me. Free weights only. Everything with a barbell. Weigh 210 Squat 300 x 1 rep. I could have done more but was so happy to hit 300 I stripped off the belt and screamed....

    Sounds good Bill. Take a little time on the fit of the fish mouth. As vector points out the weld shrinkage is a consideration and a good fit minimizes that. Balance the welds if you can. Weld one...
