    Hi, Andrew - Glad to hear paint on 3012 is almost done. Since you're a bit ahead of me in the process, can I pester you with a few questions? If so:

    - did you send the car out for paint while it was still at ERA? If so when did it go out and which subcontractor did you use?

    - what color did you go with?

    - what's the state of your powertrain plans?

    My deposit date (May '16) was just under a year after yours; so I'm trying to gauge whether I'm 4, 6, 12, or more months away from the kit shipping to CA and starting my part of the project.

    Thanks for the prod Chris. I've been meaning to post an update for a few weeks now. The car was delivered on Dec 8th and it is everything I hoped for -- ERA and Connecticut Custom really nailed it....
