    Yo...where are you located in TN? There's 4 SPF owners in Memphis, plus 6-8 additional Cobra owners.

    Call me at 901-485-0098 Cell...or 901-748-0531 home. There is a electronic specialist company in Mooresville, NC, who specializes in rebuilding MSD boxes. We found them when we went to pickup one of our fellow SPF owner's cars at Olthoff Racing's shop. Most of us here bought cars from Dennis. A couple of us have had SPF's for over 10 years now.

    Call me and I'll dig up the electronics specialist company in Mooresville. I've heard nothing but good comments about them...they say they will rebuild your MSD 6AL to better-than-factory-new-standards...

    The top/tonneau pins on an SPF are fit via a jig and are the same. They do vary based on the chassis number and the type of top (single window or three window) but will interchange amongst similar...

    Many people have added a bolt to the outside leg of the hoop. You can probable see the bolt head from the drivers wheel well if it was added.

    I, too, am not a mechanic, but found a local Speed Shop that I trust 100% in taking care of the mechanicals. @66gtk, fully agree - stay far away from the Ford dealership!
