Tim, I have a couple of pics in my gallery showing my header tank setup. Header tank feeds into thermostat / heater housing. Simple and works really well. I have a Moroso tank with another just as a overflow. I run header tank with coolant about 40mm from top and have never had to add coolant, nor has it expelled any coolant into the overflow tank. Good Luck. I removed press in fittings to thermostat housing and tapped housing for plug and hose fitting. ( per Pirate 4 x 4 ) I also use the colder 63 deg thermostat. Good luck. Murray

I am interested in building a FFR Cobra and have some questions on aspects of the build you have had to deal with.
How much trouble was it to convert the kit to RH drive?
How did you select your Engineer, was he recommended, had previous experience with cobra kit cars etc? If you are happy with him could you give me his name and contact details?
