    No qualm about drilling holes . Years ago one of my mentors said "You can't F anything up,all you can do is make more work for yourself"! Besides I know a good paint and body guy.

    Beautiful - but I would have trouble drilling holes in the trunk lid of that beautiful car to mount the luggage rack. I couldn't even drill the fender to mount the rear view mirror on mine. :eek:

    In making this replica of an original Amco rack I found 2 challenges. The first was to find dyes for the correct radii and the second was to find 1/2"x3/4" flat oval tubing for the 3 cross bars....
