Hey there. Sorry for the late response. I'm thinking E-M is just about closed down, although they still claim to be open. I can't remember exactly how I did it, but I sent an email to Julie at E-M fairly recently and she finally responded. She said they were still open and then proceeded with an explanation of a ton of issues they were having personally.
I think she posted a time or two in the E-M community board?? I think that's how I reached out to her.
I'd be curious to know if they're still open for business.
