    I know this is old, but, if it helps. I have changed out the CR provided Griffon to a larger one which has a shrouded dual fan setup. The recent change is a high flow thermostat with a bypass. I found the stock thermostat would close/restrict the flow inconsistently. It's still not perfect but it runs at a more acceptable range and the fan, singular, will now cycle vs. before.

    Sir, I have a Classic Roadster, 351w and am experiencing cooling problems. My cobra started with a 16" dis single puller fan. I have no specs on the fan cfm. I made a shroud and installed 2 - 10" dia 1730 cfm fans. This installation made the problem worse.
    Sounds like you have the same car as me, what are you doing for cooling and is it working?
