Jack, I'm in the process of replacing most of the interior fiberglass such as the floor, tunnel and foot boxes with 1" square tubing with aluminum panels. I also saved all of the fiberglass I cut out. The reason I did all this was to increase the amount of legroom. It was a bigger project that I expected, but aren't they all!!
