Well first of all, the name is Bob.

I guess if you had everything you needed in front of you, and all the time in the world you could build it in 3 months. The truth is, things happen, you run into issues you didn't expect. There are always going to be time delays and unexpected extra expenses. So I can't commit to any specific cost or timeline.

Just buy the damn thing and start on it.
