Yes it is a Kellison Stallion. I purchased it 3.5 years ago. The car has been through several owners that did not get very far in assembly. The kit was very incomplete so I have had to do lots of fabrication. In the paperwork I received from the previous owner there is a newspaper classified ad from the mid 1980's where a few owners back had purchased it. Someone had converted it to the IRS somewhere along the way. No other real history of it other than that.
