    I have only put BB ford in the CMC s I have built. I suggest detach the motor mts and move the motor back and down until the bottom of the oil pan is even with the front crossmember and the VCs are about an inch off the firewall. Refab the mts if needed. The way the trans xmember is made I remember putting in 1 inch spacers to raise the toploaders I used. All you can gain back and down will be major plus's in the performance. Great timing as you haven't started the headers
