Heat Shield did not work , added #2 AWG welding wire in addition to the #2 ga. wire already there . Hopefully this will work , will know when weather cooperates .
I now am adding a heat shield , to keep heat off starter . I believe I am getting heat soak . Starts great when cold , but after driving around for a while , shutting it off , 30 minutes later the battery needs a jump .After sitting overnight starts up just fine . Battery is 1 year old and charging ok .#2 gage wire from battery to starter . I'll post back if this fixes problem .
Yes and no Dennis , I changed out 7/8" cylinder to the front and 1" to rear with Wilwood 3/4" cylinders . Stops good but still with very hard pedal , Bob
