Hi, I just noticed this message. I assume you are referring to the differential stub axle seals. If you are not a mechanic, I would pull them out and take them to someone who can press them apart and press them back together. You have to put the correct amount of torque on the nut, not too much or too little. I took mine to my mechanic and he charges $50 each side to disassemble, change the seals, and reassemble. You supply the seals, XKs Unlimited or other vintage Jag supplier will have them.
I should mention that you really need the car on a lift to make this easier. If you have inboard brakes, they have to come off to get the stub axle assemblies out of the differential. Yes, that part is a lot of work!
