Hey guys...using a T5 from an 88 donor car...cobra will use a 351W with over 400HP...will the tranny need to be beefed up or should it hold out at this rating????

Changing out the rear axles for a 5 lug conversion...when I went to take the small bolt out for the pinion gear noticed in was partially stripped...tried it anyways and lesson learned..stripped it...
