Well think i figured it out (sort of)
Removed the entire exhaust on the captains side and discovered a (now) obvious exhaust leak Between the top of the header flange and the head not really visible with the header on…Still doesn't...

I did just fix the battery ground. The engine ground as well.
Its just crazy how its only on one cylinder. Swapped plugs and wires?
Absolutely goes away with the #7 wire pulled at the distributor....
