I believe he is talking about the bearing insert
They don't line up completely. I would also like to know if this is a problem. Mine are all at about 50% blocked with the bearing halves inserted but still plenty large enough for oiling.

My block has no casting number or ribs. It does have a date code 8k23. Also 66-427 on back with a big C cast into it. Also an X in the lifter valley with 47 under it. The front has 68 352 on it....

Who sells the proper pushrods for a 1969 428 cj with erson roller rockers? I will be using an edelbrock performer rpm .572 lift cam, matching hyd lifters, manifold and heads. Should i use 5/16 or 3/8...
