Yes these high level brake lights are a requirement for your engineering cert. and also getting over the pits.

They must be ADR approved, and I have used a Hella strip light which is ADR approved....

Guys, in West Aust. mine took less than 24 hrs. Faxed off the application one afternoon to DPI Engineering Div, and I got a fax back the following morning. !!!!!!!!
