If its an older style 302 it is cast on the block...
If its an older style 302 it is cast on the block above where the starter mounts . usually a flat spot on the block and you'll have to look up above the starter.

Also the small pipes are the sleves that slide in...
Also the small pipes are the sleves that slide in between the headers and side pipes. these seal the two units together. you also will have brackets which go from your dash to the firewall. have fun
