"The flywheel is still in the same place with or without a block plate and your starter bolts up evenly with the block -- so a block plate that's in between the two is not going to make a difference...

Road force balancing made all the difference in the world. Even with one tire at a 31 all the shimy was gone, up to 85 mph. Will go somewhere to try higher speeds this weekend.

Cobra restorers had them. Although I don't need the Tenex fasteners The link was useful. I was looking for a screw that wouldn't pull out of the fiberglass for the Tonneau cover

Used an old dizzy that was cracked. Cut the housing down just above the manifold. Revoved the gear and tacked the shaft in. Works great.
