Rear Axle torque spec

Does anyone have the rear axle torque spec? Upon replacing the broken Watts Linage bolt I found my wheel bearing was shot. I have no documentation so any guidance would be helpful.

Anyone know where I can get Watts Linkage parts? I snapped the bolt that connects the machined plate to the hub carrier.

Thanks for all the advice. Got the wheel of pretty easy. One bolt in the center and the shaft is splinned to accept the wheel.

Thanks, I have 1/4" plus play in the column. Seems like there should be some sort of bushing or something behind the wheel on the column shaft.
