No hesitation here, the rubber gaskets by FelPro. Victor makes them too, but they dont fit as well as the FelPro. I have a solid lifter engine and they still seal good after 3 removals and installs....

Use a belt sander, fine grit and remove the chrome for about 2 inches. Then if needed use a file for your full mark and add mark. Remember to calibrate the dip stick if your using a non-stock pan....

Glad they did that for you. I on the other hand have had good experiences with Red and McLeod products. I am using their HTO Bearing, Billet Steel Flywheel (427), and clutch & pressure plate....

Autolite 13#, the expansion tanks can't take much more pressure than that (13 lbs). If not running the old style expansion tank you can go up with a higher rated cap.

I personally don't know why you would need two foor jacks. The aluminum racing jack is available at Harbor Freight, and Sam's Club for about 139.00. Sear's has a nice aluminum jack for about 189.00....
