The Hi-Tide Oceanfront Inn in Seaside has offered us a hospitality room. Of course I accepted. Not sure how we could use it. It has a small kitchen and table and chairs. Sounds like a great place...

Don't know much about Arizona. Not too hot. Maybe in the 70 degree range. The winter/early spring in the Tacoma WA area rains a lot from November to April. Oh, and of course a good area to drive...
