I just rebuilt my T-5 and the only lube the parts supplier and the manual say to use is ATF..any gear oil is too heavy and will not propely lube.There is an article I think from Hanlon on rebuilding...

I made mine ,aluminum 6061 , on my lathe in about 30 minutes.Should be able to find someone to knock them out for ya...Good luck. Don't forget the small vent hole next to grease fitting.

I tig welded most of my frame and control arms..etc..making the temporary jigs and clamps I would guess about 80 hours and 4-5 tanks of argon so far..But it is all worth it when friends come by and...
