Power Performance Motor Cars 427 Cobra
Power Performance cars was based out of the Midwest around twenty years ago from the research I did. They built a very nice quality car with a round tube mandrel built chassis and a very thick fiberglass body. Here are some details about the car.
4” round tube chassis with jag rear, and independent front suspension with coil overs
Fresh 428 Ford motor with nice cam, aluminum intake, Holley 750 and Cobra valve covers
Big in/out toploader with new clutch, pressure plate and flywheel
Leather seats and door panels
Correct dash with Smiths gauges and reverse speedometer
Aluminum engine bay panels
Oil cooler with remote filter
Knock off wheels with brand new tires
Aluminum fuel tank
Carpeted trunk
Aluminum hood
The car has been built a while and does have a few chips, but overall it’s in great condition. The fiberglass is over 3/8 of an inch in places as the body is very well built.
Car is painted basecoat/clearcoat so it still looks great.
I have owed many Cobras and this one is a very impressive car for the money.
