1995 Excalibur Cobra 427

VIN: 1J9CA2317RM123010

This 1995 Excalibur Cobra 427 is number 10 of 172 built. This vehicle is not a kit car; it is a fully built Cobra 427 replica complete with a Ford V8 engine, by Excalibur Automobiles of West Allis, WI. The fiberglass body is finished in silver metallic with black racing stripes; the interior is black leather. The Cobra is powered by a 302 cu in Ford V8 engine modified with a Stage 2 Trick Flow engine kit producing 360 hp. Highlights of the Trick Flow kit include aluminum heads, unique camshaft, headers, roller rockers, 32 lb. injectors, chip and a custom programmed ECU. The engine is coupled to a 5 speed manual transmission. With a curb weight of only 2500 pounds, this snake accelerates very aggressively with a dynamic exhaust sound. Other noteworthy options and modifications include a heavy-duty Ford 9” rear axle, ceramic-coated side pipes, a black removable hardtop with stand and side curtains, tonneau cover and an AM-FM cassette radio.

This beautiful roadster has only 20,880 miles. It is in excellent condition with the only flaws being a few stone chips and some wear on the driver’s seat. It runs like a scalded cat, and is a blast to drive. The owner is offering it for sale due to health concerns. Service records available since 2015 Oil & filter change done last November prior to winter storage, and at least once a year before then.
