                        | Description: | Looking to trade for a nice CobraI am the second registered owner of this original Arkansas Impala. I have documentation including original from the dealership, original registrations and even
 cancelled checks!
Because it lived its entire life in Arkansas, there has never been any rust on this car.
You won’t find evidence of any repairs. The underside has been coated, but upon
very close examination, there are no flaws. Certainly the fact that it has only been
 driven 64,XXX miles helps.
It has been cosmetically restored to the original Palomar Red Poly finish. It is
stunning. I have to believe some of the emblems, bezels, etc. were replaced. They
just look to nice to be 53 years old.
The black vinyl convertible bench seat interior is very nice, as is the convertible top.
The rear window is plastic, so again, I believe it was replaced. The boot is in very nice
 condition.
This car was born with some good options like power top, AM push button radio with
fade, dual rear-mounted antennas, padded dash, dual outside mirrors and power
 steering.
The Impala has a fresh 409 equipped with dual Carter carburetors. It looks and acts
the part of 425HP. the correct valve covers, air cleaner and exhaust manifolds are in
 place.
The Impala also has an era correct Borg-Warner T-10 four speed with the proper
shifter, a column mounted correct tachometer and new dual
 exhaust.
This is a very, very nice car. It has great documentation and a brand-spanking new
power train. The paint looks very fresh and is show worthy. The interior is beautiful
