Ford 9 Inch Rear Brake Disc Conversion Kit.
If you are looking to convert your
Ford 9 Inch rear axle with a
Rear Disc Brake Kit available with
or with-out an external E-Brake
and includes universal Stainless Steel
E-Brake Cables then this Rear Disc Brake
Kit would make a great up grade for your
Ford 9 Inch equipped Cobra, Muscle Car
Street Rod, Kit Car, Race Car, Classic Auto
or Vintage Truck.
The Rear Disc Brake Kit for the Ford 9 Inch
Large Bearing is complete with everything in
the Rear Disc Brake Kit photo displayed in this
ad.
The Vented Rotors in the 9inch kit are
11.5" and have a Center Opening of 2.78".
The rotors are drilled for both the Ford 5
on 4.5 using 1/2" studs or GM 5 on 4.75
using 7/16" studs. Axle shaft flange OD
maximum is 6.5" to fit inside the rotor. If
your 9inch axle shaft flange is larger than
6.5" you will need to turn your flange down
to fit inside the rotor.
Dimensions for Axle Housing Flange are, New
Style 9inch (Torino Housing end) Horizontal
3.562" and Vertical 2.00" or Old Style Housing
ends Horizontal 3.50" and Vertical 2.375".

Size as this Kit is for the Large Bearing (3.150)
9 inch Axle (Small Bearing Kit is also available).
May require longer wheel studs. 15 inch rims or
larger may be required for Caliper clearance.
Note: Not Sure which 9 inch Ford axle you have?
