You are looking at a 90% complete Cobra from Classic Roadsters II. It has a Ford 351W professionally built by Classic Roadsters and rated at 350 hp. I do not know the tourqe rating. The rear end is a possi with new 327 Ford gears and clutches. The transmission is a 5 speed Tremec. The wheels are from PS Engineering, and the outside exhaust pipes are ceramic coated by Jet-Hot.
It is titled in NY as a custom 2007 Ford, and it is registered. There are no NY emission requirements, since it is registered as a custom vehicle.
As you can see from the photos, it needs to be painted. There are also a few other miscellaneous things left to be done. I will be more than happy to provide you with a complete list.
