I have built a cobra from a bunch of swap meet and used parts, now the state I live in tells me I need a MSO to title it. The street beast body did not come with one and I can not contact street beast. If anyone has an Mso from a car they are not going to title I would like to buy the Mso from you. That is called VIN tampering, a Federal Offense. What state do you live in, as all states have a way to title a "Home Built" (IE: Scratch built) car.
