I have one on my 428 1967 police intercepter in my Cobra, it works great . I have seen them on E-bay from 400 to 800 in the last couple years . Yes they where in the beginning just for police cars in 66/67. Then 4 or 5 years later Ford was selling them as a preformances parts catalog item.
