I agree, it almost looks like it could have been photoshopped into a picture from the original panel beater shop in England. I don't recall ever seeing an oxygen cabinet in any of the shops I've worked at.
I think the placement of the seams is interesting as well. It looks like it would make for a lot less seam work in highly visible areas.
