Question

just a thought i have seen this numerous times working as a jeep tech, when you use a seal puller on a stubborn seal sometimes you put a groove in the aluminum housing if not caught before the installation of the seal the fluid will follow the groove and may possibly leak. i use a small file to remove any burrs and then put some silicone on your finger and fill the damaged area.
like i said just a thought , something you can check easily.
