I suppose it's just possible that someone could buy a CSX and never really know what they're buying - money does not always equal brains. I find it very unlikely that someone could own, and then go to sell, such a vehicle and be ignorant about it. It's an order of magnitude less likely that someone could think they had a "real" Shelby and assume (as in "take on") a CSX number in innocent ignorance.
