It just pulls out. It's held in place with an "O" ring the is just slightly larger in OD the the opening in the center of the steering wheel. Sometime there is a few dots of silicone to keep it in place. Use a piece of Dental Floss andfloss around the center button to loosen the silicone if it there. Then carefull wedge the center off. BUT REMEMBER THE 3 SPOKE STEERING WHEEL MARRS VERY EASILY AND PERMANENTLY. Work slowly with a plastic pry tool and it will come off.
