And lastly the government can "force" you to buy insurance under the Commerce Clause? Maybe they will force you, but there is nothing in the Constitution allowing them to.

Commerce Clause- Article 1, Section 8, Clause 3

To regulate commerce with foreign nations and among the several states,
and with Indian tribes.
