I think Redding may be applying for some of that money. Last Summer they had two stabbings in the court house and in this mornings paper the District Attorney and his prosecutors are really crying abut the fact they now have to remove their shoes and have them screened to get into the court house. He is worthless anyway, but they are crying that it makes them look bad to the jurors, never mind that the defense attorneys have to do the same thing and none of them are complaining. This DA we have here now has never been worth a crap and will only prosecute certain cases and nothing that involves any friend or someone he knows. The knives were smuggled into the court rooms by having them in their shoes or boots.
As for the other countries fighting Al Queda for us paying for it, I don't think that is to bad as they are getting rid of several of them and it isn't costing us men and equipment. From what I have seen and read, Yemen is really going after them.
