I'll presume you're asking about the L691 / 692 lenses, so no they are no better or worse, just a different shape and look.

These were the same as used on some of the original cars and they are a round light with a more conical pointed centre rather than the dome of the landrover lenses.

So a slight feature tending towards originality but either lense will do the job and the landrover versions will be cheaper.
