Then you discount the theory that the ocean currents have a lot to do with our weather. What about El Nineo ( spelling )? Is that a figment of some scientists imagination? We have had 4 year of drought up here because the jet stream has changed course and I used to live in Santa Barbara and the Fresno area, so I am aware of what the weather can be like. Warming here could possibly cause a small ice age in Europe or other places but I do agree with you on the fact that a lot of it is speculation.
