Yes his comes with a new slave included in the price. they cost about $22 at autozone so reworking yours with a cylinder hone is probably not a big cost benefit even though I did and has not leaked a drop in over a year.
You will loose the clutch fluid. Youi can put a piece of saran wrap over your reservoir and screw the lid back on but you are going to have to bleed. You do not want the system going empty or you might have to bench bleed your clutch master cylinder soooo
1) saran wrap on reservoir
2) repair/replace/modifiy bracket to ensure perpindicular action, remove slave. some will drip out but system will not empty with saran wrap
3) install new slave and rehook hydraulic line
4) bleed system until fresh clean fluid comes out.
