Nobody I know of sells full size profiles, its all down to having a good eye for stuff & lots of patience , unless you have access to a fancy electronic copy machine etc ( I dont have the patience to learn the skills reqd for that or the $$$ to pay someone who thinks they do!!!).

The foam? you guys in the states have access to most types, I use the high density styro stuff they put on houses. Only down side is having to use epoxy for the first layup over the top ( anything with ...esters in it kills styro ).

If I have to do another ( & it looks like I will need to do a couple more ) I will try doing expanded alloy mesh stapled over ply/mdf formers, then push/shrink the mesh into the shape I want before a layer of glass & filler to final shape.

Lots of other variations on how you can do it, & others might have better setups.
