Health insurance equates to health care, it's that simple. 25 million people (by this estimate, some say 40 million) do not have enough insurance (money) to cover the costs of health care. Can't pay it? They won't get it, real simple. They do without, hope they don't get sick. If they do they have to wait until the situation is dire, their broke and finally qualify for Medicaid, AFTER they are financially ruined and in desperate need of medical care.

No one is asking the Gov to supply these people life insurance or big TV's. Again it's simple, their asking for health care. Call it what you want, insurance, health care, medicine, it's all the same.
