Fannie and Freddie are two of the biggest receivers. However nothing is said about paybacks, 6 million dollar jobs, etc... Knock off $110 billion of money owed, that's what they got. We will never see it. So that means really only $33 billion is still owed.
That is only about 10% still owed!
