I don't know that I agree; Corporations don't necessarily have the same rights as Citizens; after all, the US Constitution written for Citizens ("We the People", not "We the People and Corporations"); if I extend out the "Corporations have free speech rights" argument a little further, does that mean every individual at every corporation has the right to say whatever he/she wants? I can work for a Company and have the right to say whatever I want and not get fired?

As long as individuals have free speech, then the protections that the Constitution wanted to provide are still in tact. The ultimate protectors of our liberty are not the corporations, it lies with the Citizens.
